Emmerdale and Coronation Street stars support the Adam Thomas project


Coronation Street and Emmerdale the cast joined together to support former soap star Adam Thomas earlier this week.

The old one Emmerdale star, who played Adam Barton, has launched his new Box on the Docks based pop-up restaurant business The Spinn at MediaCityUK in Manchester.

Publication on InstagramAdam shared a photo of himself alongside his former co-stars Kelvin Fletcher (Andy Sugden) and Danny Miller (Aaron Dingle), along with a thoughtful caption.

Joining Adam, Kelvin and Danny was Emmerdale star Isabel Hodgins (Victoria Sugden) as well as Danny’s fiancée, Steph Jones.

Isabel also posted the meeting on her social media, saying, “So happy to see these faces. A wonderful night supporting @ adamthomas21 @thespinn_ and @boxonthedocks.”

Elsewhere, a number of Coronation Street the stars were there to support Adam – this included Alan Halsall (Tyrone Dobbs), Ruxandra Porojnicu (Alina Pop), Maureen Lipman (Evelyn Plummer), Ellie Leach (Faye Windass), Lucy Fallon (Bethany Platt) and Alexandra Mardell (Emma Brooker) ).

Alain shared a photo of him sitting with his current onscreen girlfriend Ruxandra and his soap grandmother Maureen, captioned: “Summer evenings and empty glasses.”

Adam also received support from his former Waterloo Road co-star Chelsee Healey (Janeece Bryant) who now plays the role of Goldie McQueen in Hollyoaks.

Speaking previously to MEN, Adam said of his new business: “It’s a thriving place with BBC and ITV here and while I flip burgers I can even see Coronation Street right in front, I’m going to give them a little wave.

“It would be nice to see some familiar faces here, I would love to see them every now and then, but it’s just nice to see the commotion here.”
