To provide optimal situational awareness to security operators, version 8.1 improves integration between Magic Monitor and OnGuard as well as for Milestone video management systems. Magic Monitor for OnGuard now offers the ability to instantly view video related to an incident, enabling faster response. OnGuard’s integration with Milestone XProtect has been enhanced to provide higher levels of performance and functionality. Magic Monitor and OnGuard Monitor customers can now respond to all Milestone event types, including analytics-based events such as exceeding occupancy or queue length limits, as well as analyzes from partner systems such as Bosch cameras or the BriefCam video analysis platform.
