Rockwell Automation: To Demonstrate Warehouse and Fulfillment Solutions at the Company’s Inaugural MODEX Expo in March

Company to Demonstrate Virtual Warehouse with Emulate3D™ Digital Twin Software, Working MagneMover® Intelligent LITE conveyor system, new drive solutions and more

MILWAUKEE – Rockwell Automation, Inc. (NYSE: ROK), the world’s largest company dedicated to industrial automation and digital transformation, today announced that it is stepping up its commitment to industry warehousing and fulfillment exhibiting for the first time at MODEX 2022, in Atlanta, Georgia, March 28-31. The company will showcase its proven solutions that will help customers’ operations be smarter, connected and productive.

MODEX attendees can stop by Rockwell’s booth (#B6611) to experience the latest and most innovative technology in the industry. Below are some of the technologies that will be on display for attendees to interact with and experience first-hand.

  • Emulate3D™ simulation station: Learn how MODEX veteran Emulate3D™, Rockwell’s digital design software, can reduce time to market, improve start-up reliability and enable scenario planning. Ease of use is evident as 3D warehouse drawings are changed in real time in the cab.
  • MagneMover® LITE Smart Conveyor Demo: An intelligent, frictionless transport system designed to move loads quickly and efficiently. See it deliver flexible routing and high-speed sorting in a small, low-maintenance footprint. Includes a demonstration of the AR workforce.
  • Armour™ PowerFlex® Discs: The next generation of space-saving motor control will make its debut at MODEX. This modular solution provides built-in security, is ideal for a wide range of environments and size requirements, and delivers real-time data to the business.
  • Interactive virtual warehouse: Attendees can dive into this interactive experience and explore videos and demos of the latest warehouse and logistics solutions like independent truck technology, digital plant design, unified robotic control, and more.

In addition to its own booth, Rockwell’s latest solutions will be on display through MODEX at nearly 20 of its PartnerNetwork™ member booths. For example, Rockwell technology partner Comau is showcasing Independent Cart Technology, a Rockwell-controlled robot demonstration in its booth (#B9632). In addition, FlexLink Systems, Inc., a gold-level OEM partner, will offer a complete simulation of the pharmaceutical sorting system based on Rockwell’s MagneMover.® LITE in their booth (#B1007).
